Les Pollués de Montréal-Trudeau announce the launching of a crowdfunding campaign on GoFundMe, to cover the costs relating to the new actions for a declaratory judgement on the curfew and the ADM expansion project of 4.5G$.
Given the fact that these actions are not funded by the Fonds d’aide financière aux actions collectives, this campaign will allow to pay for the expenses related to the new legal actions undertaken by Les Pollués.
Requests for a declaratory judgement will be filed with the Court on the following topics: the legality of the absence of a curfew from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am at the Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau Airport and the absence of a public consultation relating to the $4.5G expansion project, announced by Aéroports de Montréal (ADM) April 30th, 2018.
People who don’t want to deal with GoFundMe can send their donation directly to Les Pollués de Montréal-Trudeau, via the site lpdmt.org.
